Starting her career in the private sector, Denise Harnin has 25 years experience as a generalist Human Resource Practitioner. Transferring to the Health Sector in 1988 she has managed significant services change, re-organisations and mergers, in partnership with Trade Unions and professional organisations.

Denise has more recently contributed at national level working on Department of Health Policy and Strategy before returning to an Acute Hospital as part of an Executive Team established to deliver financial turnaround and long term viability.
