Mick plays a lead role in the HR department at the council, and has worked for Tameside MBC across all council services and provides HR support to over 100 schools.  Mick has also spoken at the Middle East HR Summit in Dubai for the last three years on issues ranging from "How HR qualifies for a seat at the Top Table" to "enhancing employee performance"  The Audit Commission have rated Tameside four star "improving strongly" putting it in the top five percent nationally and making it the "best in the North-West". Mick's team provide HR Services for a 9000 strong workforce.
