Nick Holley has been an army officer, worked for 10 years as a broker with Merrill Lynch and for 16 years in senior organisational, leadership and people development roles in large global organisations.In the last two years he has consulted with a number of major global businesses, looking at the relationship between people and bottom line performance. These include Morgan Stanley, Nationwide, Centrica and Sony Ericsson.
Nick is a visiting executive Fellow at Henley Business School and director of Henley’s HR Centre of Excellence, where he has recently carried out research on employee engagement.
