Background
Grahame Russell: After joining the Ford Graduate Training programme from Leeds University Grahame spent 7 years in various sales and operations roles before consolidating his management development experience as Head of Training & Development for UCB Group plc – part of the Paribas group. Subsequently he became HR Director before moving into consultancy in a small/medium sized, but international consultancy where he headed up the OD practice in what was a Financial Services consultancy. From there he moved to KPMG Consulting where he became a Director, before moving on to Penna
