Gary Ashton is a Director of ER Consultants who leads the Organisation Change practice. He has consulted across both public sector and private sector, including the manufacturing, retailing, telecommunications, banking, leisure, transport, food and postal industries. The projects he has conducted include re-designing and implementing organisation structures and management processes, Board effectiveness assessment & development, post-merger integration, improving joint venture organisation capability, and Board and senior management team development.
Gary has run a number of events around Organisational Change for HR and OD Directors.
Gary has a business background within retailing and manufacturing, and has Honours Degrees in both Operational Research and Psychology.
