Tom Smith is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Head of Organisational Development at Lane4. He is a graduate of the University of Nottingham, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of its Division of Occupational Psychology and Executive Committee.
He has had a varied career including working as a prison psychologist and managing the organisation development function at Ford Motor Company Prior to joining Lane4 as Head of Organisational Development, Tom was Global Head of Learning and Development at HSBC.
