Nick Dent joined BLG in 2005 after 9 years at two other leading City employment practices and was promoted to partner in May 2006.  He has advised clients in the financial and professional services sectors on all employment issues, including high-value discrimination and bonus claims. He has a particular speciality in advising on collective redundancies, having advised on a national newspaper on a complex restructuring and union consultation, and two major investment banking mergers. Nick is identified by Chambers and Partners 2008 as an up and coming individual in employment law.
