By booking your place at this event you are entering into a binding agreement.
Payment must be made prior to the event.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to Sarah Barnes by fax to +44 (0)20 8652 3233 or email sarah.barnes@rbi.co.uk. If you cancel on or before 21 April 2008, a 25% administration fee is charged. If you cancel after 21 April 2008, no refund will be given (this includes non-attendance at the conference).
You are welcome to make a substitute at any time.
Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue and content, or the date and timing of the programme.
In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
