Rob enjoyed a 14-year career in business journalism at Reed Business Information, culminating in the role of group editor of Personnel Today, the market-leading weekly HR magazine and community website. In 2007 Rob moved into publishing management developing the company’s e-mail newsletter business, comprising 40 products across 11 markets. His product portfolio more recently increased in size following RBI’s acquisition of CELRE, the salary survey specialists. CELRE are experts in participation-based pay and benefits surveys, with particular strengths in the IT and not-for-profit sectors.
