Vince is member of the CIPD and has worked in local government for three years.
As a member of Buckinghamshire’s organisational development team he is responsible for employee benefits, reward and recognition, chairing the corporate Investors in People steering group, developing internal equalities forums and supporting the deliver of the council’s corporate road shows.
Prior to joining the council he spent 22 years in the Royal Air Force as a personnel administrator in a wide range roles including training and development, pay and conditions, employee relations and recruitment
