Helen Jackson has been Norwich Union's Director of Reward since 2007.  Her role includes responsibility for all aspects of reward and benefits for Norwich Union in the UK and for the corporate social responsibility team. Norwich Union is the biggest life insurer in the UK, and is part of the Aviva group, itself created by a merger of Norwich Union and CGU plc in 2000.

Helen has 20 years HR experience.  In her previous role at Prudential UK, as director of reward, policy and shared services, she was responsible for the development of their community involvement and charitable giving programme.
