Business in the Community is a membership organisation that mobilises business for good. We are one of the Prince’s Charities, and we inspire, engage, support and challenge our member companies to improve their positive impact on society. We work across four impact areas – workplace, marketplace, environment and community. Our top campaigning priorities are tackling climate change and developing talent and skills of the existing and future workforce.
Business Action on Health is a business led movement that is business case led and people focused. The intellectual capital and overall direction for the campaign is provided by a National Leadership Team chaired by Alex Gourlay, Chief Executive, Health and Beauty Division, Alliance Boots. The campaign promotes a proactive approach to employee physical and emotional wellness. It takes an integrated approach to health and wellbeing and provides practical solutions, by business for business. |
